1. ON-SITE MEETING
Upon receiving a request for a free estimate, we promptly schedule an on-site meeting where we can personally observe and discuss your project. During this meeting, we address any existing issues or concerns while taking site photos and in-depth notes regarding your project. This allows us to properly plan and execute your project, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
2. PROJECT PLANNING & RESEARCH
During our planning and research phase, materials are quantified and costed, along with determining the time and equipment needed to help you complete your project best. We then compile this information and create a project plan outlining the sequence it takes to complete the job and all costs involved.
3. CLIENT APPROVAL
During the final part of our seamless process, we submit our plan to you for client discussion and approval via email. Once the plan is approved, the contract gets signed and we get started as soon as we can.
My career in the construction industry began in 1986 as a skilled laborer at a growing construction company. I quickly obtained the position of a Class #1 Operator which then led to promotions of Lead Person Duties, Project Superintendent, and Corporate Management which included the roles of Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer.
